  • - Mail is sent the third Monday of the every month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 15th of each month. Orders placed after the 15th will receive the following month’s letter. (Ex: If you join April 1st-15th, your first letter will be the April edition, which ships on the third Monday of April. If you join after April 15th, your first letter will be the May edition)

    - Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation.

    - If your mailer still hasn’t arrived after this timeframe, please email me at hi@thelovelyprintclub.com or use the contact form to get in touch.

  • You can update your shipping address, billing info, email, and subscription details anytime through your customer portal — accessible via the link in your subscription emails or by logging into your account.

  • Your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date.

  • To keep membership affordable, The Lovely Print Club orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
