- Mail is sent the third Monday of the every month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 15th of each month. Orders placed after the 15th will receive the following month’s letter. (Ex: If you join April 1st-15th, your first letter will be the April edition, which ships on the third Monday of April. If you join after April 15th, your first letter will be the May edition)

- Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders after your fulfillment confirmation.

You can update your shipping address, billing info, email, and subscription details anytime through your customer portal — accessible via the link in your subscription emails or by logging into your account.

Your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date.

To keep membership affordable, The Lovely Print Club orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
